• In November 2023, sports agency Pensack Sports filed an arbitration case against Noah Vonleh for unpaid agent fees relating to multiple contracts that Vonleh signed in 2021 and 2023 with a Chinese basketball team (the Shanghai Sharks).

• In June 2024, the Arbitrator ruled in favor of Pensack Sports in the case against Vonleh for unpaid agent fees.​​

​

• After reviewing the facts and evidence submitted by the attorneys for both sides, the Arbitrator ruled that Vonleh shall pay Pensack Sports $192,271 in unpaid agent fees plus interest, arbitration costs, and legal fees.

• In July 2025, a United States federal court judge confirmed the arbitration award and issued a judgment against Vonleh in favor of Pensack Sports.
